How do you add friends

I have gone into the profile and can't seem to find the button to tell me how to add friends to my profile. Please help

Hey Frank!

Click on Someone Else's Profile. You will see a navbar under their name and picture with options for adding or removing them from your buddies list as well as some other options.

If you still can't find it PM me and I'll make sure you get it. And I moved your post to this section so others can see this.
